Jay-Z Buys back the last album due in contract

It’s being reported that sometime earlier this year legendary rapper, Jay-Z, allegedly bought back the last album due to Island/Def Jam in his recording contract. The alleged sum it took to complete and close out the contract was a king’s ransom of $5 million (although this is not a confirmed amount).
It appears Jigga is ready to move on and build an empire with his new Roc Nation label over at Live Nation. So there is a great chance his eagerly awaited album “The Blueprint 3” will be his debut LP on the Roc Nation venture.
Jay has also been busy signing acts to the new ROC…key signings so far include up and coming rappers J. Cole, Mikey Factz and British Pop girl group SugaBabes. Rumors are also saying that Jay might sign State Property to the new Roc with all the original members reunited.

Major Copyright Infringing Forum Shut Down In Argentina

It's seems that file sharing copyrigthed materials over the p2p forums are very far from being over here is the lastest case that has emerged wow.
A web forum that was used to distribute copyrighted files to more than 110,000 registered users in Latin America has been closed down. Emep3.com.ar was closed following an investigation by CAPIF, which represents the recording industry in Argentina.
CAPIF had notified the forum's operators of potential copyright infringement problems after its enquiries found the site contained more than 130,000 posts linking to unauthorised music files.
Figures from alexa.com suggest the forum's users were mainly Argentines (73%), with Mexicans (7.4%) and Chileans (4.7%) also using the site. The forum was the 907th most accessed site in Argentina.
CAPIF identified the site operator in early March 2009 and requested that he remove the links to copyright infringing content. Ten days later the whole forum was taken down.
Targeting strategic forums that act as important focal points for illegal content distribution is part of IFPI's regional internet anti-piracy campaign.

The Impact of Gangster HipHop Lyric's&Our Kids!
There is a very good reason for the problems we all have witness or have experience when its comes street gangster hiphop and rap.Which has become a definitive cultural movement of our generation of this day and time. Young adults follow trends that rappers initiate whether good or bad – in our generation today it’s not just a following it’s a way of being. When rap first emerged in the 1980’s politicians challenged it’s content, which created a divide amongst hip hop generationers and the Blacks of the civil rights. Studies show that black boys and girls are actually more knowledgeable about issues such as AIDS and politics when they listen to hip hop as well as the white boys and girls whom also can relate to hiphop and the power of this very American Culture which our news media will never control, as karma continues to come back around which is not black or white its just life.
